The staff tried their best to assist us.

I was extremely frustrated with the state of the hotel. Upon arrival, I had to search for someone to check me in because no one was at the front desk. The room I was given had a broken lock and an unclean bathroom, making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable during my stay.

The stay was less than ideal. From malfunctioning appliances to musty smells, the rooms clearly need updates. Friendly staff helped where they could, but the overall ambiance wasn’t appealing. I felt uncomfortable with noise disturbances and questionable cleanliness throughout. If you're looking for a smooth experience, you may want to reconsider.

I had a fantastic one-night stay, enjoying the comfy king room and the clean pool area. The hot breakfast options really hit the spot. It was great to relax in the cozy lobby with my coffee. It was just a decent option for a couple of nights in McDonough with outstanding value for money. The bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep despite the overall cleanliness being below par. Make sure to bring your own towels and cleaning supplies just in case.
